At travelclaims.org we have over thirty years’ experience of travel claims, holiday claims and travel insurance claims management. To travel service providers we offer a range of travel and holiday complaint and claims management services, tailored to suit each company’s needs.

To travel service providers and their customers, we offer claims mediation services when stalemate has been reached in the complaint handling process. Mediation can be applied for by either party and is non-binding. See our “Mediation” page for further details.
